Shipping

Most orders are shipped via UPS standard ground or USPS within the 48 States and bordering Provinces of Canada. Typically transit time takes approximately 2-4 days on the east coast and 5-6 days from New York to California. These figures are approximates and actual time may be more or less depending on the route.

If part of your order is on back order and the order is shipped in two or more shipments, additional shipping Charges may apply.

Hawaii & Alaska - Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska require a custom shipping which may be obtained by contacting sales@elawngarden.com with a list of items you would like to purchase and your city, state, zip code. Only method we offer to Hawaii & Alaska is UPS 2nd Day Air.

Canada - Yes we ship to Canada, and it is the same shipping prices that are listed on our site, however any additioanl fees such as duty tax my be collected by your goverment. This has nothing to do with us and to find out what this rate is, contact your local customs agency. We do not mark packages as gifs or reduce the value of the merchandise.

Outside the USA & Canada: We do not export outside the USA (50 States) and Canada, this includes US territories.


Out of Stock:

Stock for each item is listed on the site. If you place an order that is listed as not in stock we assume you know this and that it may take days to weeks before the item is back in stock. If your order was listed as in Stock but for curcumstances beyond are control the item is not in stock or backordered, we will attempt to contact you via email within 24 hours. We will let you know when your order will be available for shipment and give you the choice of waiting or canceling your order at no extra charge. If you choose to wait for the item to become available, you will be subject to restocking fees if you later decide you want to cancel (see Order Cancellation below).

Order Cancellation:

Please be sure that the order you place is what you want to purchase. If you cancel your order once it has been placed, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This fee applies even if your order has not yet been shipped.

Damaged Goods/Shipping Errors:

Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect cartons immediately and in the presence of the delivery person. If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a UPS tag (where available) at no charge or reimburse you for return shipping through UPS Ground and we will ship out the correct item as soon as possible.

Returns:

You can return any new and unopened product to us for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping, as long as it is received at our warehouse within 30 days from the original date of sale. Any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale will be replaced to you at no charge, provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty applies please contact the appropriate Manufacturer for instructions.

We're sorry but we cannot accept used items for credit or refund.

Special orders, opened computer software or videotapes, electronic charts, and datacards are not returnable.

In the event that a purchase must be returned, please contact us at sales@elawngarden.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of sale.

Web Site Error:


We do our best to make sure that our site is current and error free. From time to time, there may be an error listed on the site. eLawnGarden.com is not responsible for any text, html or pricing errors. Customers will be charged the correct/adjusted price. We will notify customers if we find an error that will effect their order. They will be asked if they want to continue with the order if it is more than the original amount. Prices are subject to change without notice.
